ดีแทคปฏิเสธข่าวเข้าซื้อกิจการ JAS

24 กรกฎาคม 2562 : บริษัท โทเทิ่ล แอ็คเซ็ส คอมมูนิเคชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือดีแทค ได้แจ้งต่อตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทยเพื่อปฏิเสธกรณีที่มีข่าวสนใจเข้าซื้อกิจการหรือร่วมทุนกับ บริษัท จัสมิน อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ JAS ที่ดำเนินธุรกิจโครงข่ายโทรคมนาคมการสื่อสารแบบมีสาย (Wireline) หรืออินเทอร์เน็ตบ้าน

ดีแทคขอปฏิเสธข่าวดังกล่าว โดยบริษัทฯ ยังคงยึดมั่นในธุรกิจและพัฒนาการให้บริการไร้สายอย่างต่อเนื่อง ทั้ง 4G, 3G และ 2G รวมถึงเทคโนโลยีสื่อสารดิจิทัลต่างๆ เพื่อเชื่อมต่อลูกค้าสู่สิ่งที่สำคัญที่สุด และเสริมสร้างศักยภาพของสังคมไทย

dtac declines the issue concerning JAS takeover

Today (July 24, 2019), Total Access Communication PLC or dtac has submitted a clarification to The Stock Exchange of Thailand to decline the issue concerning the purchase of the shares in Jasmine International PLC or JAS, the Wireline telecommunication company (Home internet).
